The Moline Park and Recreation Board advanced a proposal on Jan. 28 for $107,000 in improvements at Green Valley Sports Complex.

The money would pay for Lovewell Fencing Inc. to rebuild backstop and dugout number five.

The board also advanced a proposal to replace the scoreboards on baseball diamonds six and seven; gave its approval to John Rogers to operate a food truck on Butterworth Memorial Parkway; and signed off on a lease agreement that would permit a new paintball course at the Green Valley Sports Complex this summer.

After completing the discussion on proposals, the meeting concluded.
