The Moline Coal Valley School District No. 40 board of education met at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26.

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the actions contained in the Consent Agenda as presented.

6. Award of Bid

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education enter into a three-year lease totaling $22,617 with Midwest Transit Equipment Inc., Kankakee, IL, for an activity bus for the Moline High School students which requires transportation, as presented. See Attachment No. 4.

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the development and economic incentive agreement between Moline-Coal Valley School District and Dolan Commons, L.L.C. as presented in Attachment No. 5.
