SPECIAL MEETING September 1, 2016
1. Call to Order I Roll Call (BP 2:10)
President Sue Ickes called the Special Meeting of September 1, 2016 to order at 6:00 p.m. in the UTHS Administrative Center board room, East Moline, Illinois.
Board members present: Dr. Harry Arvanis, Sue lokes, Susan Koska, Larry
Morgensen, Don Sprouland Wendy Verschoore
Board members absent: Janice Allison
Administrators present: Dr. Jay Morrow
IASB Representative: Reatha Owen
2. Executive Session (BP 2:200)
The following topic was presented for discussion in executive session: 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(16) Self-evaluation, practices and procedures, or professional ethics, when meeting with a member of a statewide association of which the public body is a member.
MOTION by Don Sproul and second by Wendy Verschoore to go into executive session for the topic presented. A roll call vote was called with all members present votingaye. No nay votes were cast and the motion was carried.
Note: The Board took a break during executive session. (7:06 - 7:13 p.m.)
3. Return to Open Session
MOTION by Larry Morgensen and second by Harry Arvanis to return to open session. roll call vote was called with all members present votingaye. No nay votes were cast and the motion Was Carried.
4. Adjourn
There being no further business brought before the board, the meeting was adjourned by acclamation. (Time: 8:38 p.m.)
