City of Silvis Public Service met May 9.
Here is the minutes provided by the Public Service:
Attendance: Caryn Unsicker, Bob Rockwell, Jim Grafton, Jim Nelson
Location: City Hall 121 11" Street
Chairwoman Unsicker called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm and noted a quorum was present for a meeting. There is one agenda item for consideration.
Advertising in the 2017 pairings guide for the 2017 John Deere Classic is the agenda item. The cost for the ad is the same as last year but will have a full color picture at a cost of $1,530. Last year the cost was taken from officer's however committee would like to be taken from Tourism Fund.
The committee was in agreement and the item would be placed on the May 15th COW agenda.
There were no other agenda items and the meeting was adjourned at 4:08 pm.
