City of Moline Library Board of Trustees met July 25.

Here is the minutes as provided by the board:

Present: Wayne Smith, Gary Koeller, Sue Blackall

Absent:

Staff: Bryon Lear, Sue Wheatley

Guests:

I. Business Meeting Call to Order

President Smith called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m. in the Platinum Room at the

Moline Public Library.

II. Draft FY2018 Budget Review

After review, Blackall moved to approve the FY2018 draft budget as presented. The

motion was seconded and approved unanimously.

III. Director Goals Update

Tabled until 10 August 2017 Executive Committee Meeting.

Adjournment:

There being no further business brought before the Executive Committee, the meeting was

adjourned at 9:55 a.m.
