The Mercer Carnegie Library is scaring up some interest in its Halloween party, scheduled for 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28, according to a flier.
The party will feature face painting, story time, a costume contest, prizes, food and more. The library is located at 200 N. College Avenue in Aledo.
