14.1. Resolution R-20-16 - Road to Recovery Loan Program. Up to $5000 amortized over 5 years, 1% interest only payments, loan principle is forgiven after 5 years if interest only payments are current and the company is still in business at the 5 year mark. Only available to businesses that have a good record of utility payments and that have been in business in Geneseo for a minimum of 3 years. Will be approved by a committee made up of the Mayor, City Administrator and one council member (members rotate) does not need to go to full council for approval. To be funded by our revolving loan fund which currently has $134,000. Budge for FY'20B budget is $40,000.
