Motion to recommend to the City Council to adopt the resolution with the new fee schedule and to put on the consent agenda.
10.2. Discussion Ordinance O-20-24 the Keeping of animals within the City limits.
Motion to recommend to the City Council ordinance O-20-24 and to put on the consent agenda.
10.3. Discussion of Ordinance O-20-28 Non-Highway and Slow Moving Vehicles.
Motion to recommend to the City Council Ordinance O-20-28 and to put on the consent agenda.
10.4. Discussion of Ordinance O-20-29 changing the number of Class "B" liquor licenses from 6 to 7 and Class "E" from 8 to 7.

10.5. Discussion of Ordinance O-20-30 which makes changes to the utility deposit requirements.
Motion to recommend to the City Council Ordinance O-20-30 and to put on the consent agenda.
10.6. Discussion of Ordinance O-20-31 - Employee Residency
Motion to recommend to the City Council resolution R-20-31 and to add it to the consent agenda
10.7. Discussion of City Property and what might be declared surplus and sold.

11.1. Approval to pay city bills.
