10.1. Update on Richmond Hill Park improvements:
IDNR was scheduled to come tomorrow Sept. 9th at 10 o’clock for the final site visit. Due to the weather, they will be in contact to reschedule for next week.
As of Sept. 3rd, Valley Construction had completed their punch list except for the turf being 90% established. Valley is going to work with Chad to design a fence arrangement around the areas of turf that is not established to prevent foot traffic. Once fencing is completed the park can open.
