City of Moline Historic Preservation Commission met Nov. 2.

Here is the agenda provided by the commission:

Meeting without a physically present quorum of the Moline City Council is allowable due to the disaster declaration issued by Governor Pritzker related to CORVID-19 public health concerns affecting the State and City. The mayor has determined that in-person meeting at City Hall with all participants is not practical or prudent because of the disaster. Board members may not all be physically present at City Hall, due to the disaster. Physical public attendance at City Hall may be limited or not feasible.

 Code suggestion: HPC review buildings over 50 years prior to issuing a demolition permit.

 Application for Land marking of the Prospect Park Pavilion located at 1580 34th Avenue in Moline, IL.
