City of Moline Traffic Engineering Committee met December 1.

3. Approval of minutes of the Traffic Engineering Committee meeting of October 6, 2020.
4. Request to install children at play signs in the Floreciente neighborhood.
Explanation: The Traffic Committee received a request from the Moline Police Department on behalf of the Floreciente Association to install children at play signs in the alley between 4th and 5 th Avenue and 1st and 8th Street.
