AN ORDINANCE authorizing the issuance of Taxable General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2021 of the City of Geneseo, Henry County, Illinois, in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $4,200,000 to finance the costs of a portion of the unfunded accrued actuarial liability of the City’s Police Pension Plan.
