City of Aledo Personnel Committee met Dec. 6.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

The Personnel Committee of the City of Aledo met in Open Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall building. Committee Chair DIXON called the meeting to order at 5:45 P.M. The roll was called, whereupon the following committee members answered present:

Aldermen MICHAEL CHAUSSE, DENNIS DIXON, and LINDA SARABASA. Mayor CHRISTOPHER HAGLOCH. Alderman ZACH FRICK was excused.

Also present were BARRY COOPER, Alderman, JIM HOLMES, Alderman, JUSTIN BLASER, Director of Public Works & Utilities, and JAROD DALE, City Clerk

Minutes: Motion was made by ALD. CHAUSSE and seconded by ALD. DIXON to approve the meeting minutes of August 09, 2021 as presented. A Roll call vote was recorded as follows:

YEAS: Chausse, Dixon, and Sarabasa. NO: None. Motion carried. 3 yeas, 0 nays.

Public Comment: No Report.

Old Business: No Report.

New Business: No Report.

Closed Session: Motion was made by ALDERMAN CHAUSSE and seconded by ALDERMAN SARABASA to adjourn to closed session to discuss:

Personnel Section 2(c)(1) Open Meetings Act

A Roll call vote was recorded as follows:

YEAS: Dixon, Sarabasa, and Chausse. NO: None. Motion carried. 3 yeas, 0 nays.

The meeting was recessed to closed session at 5:48 P.M.

RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION:

Committee reconvened in open session at 5:57 P.M. Roll call was taken with the following answering present: ALDERMEN CHAUSSE, DIXON, and SARABASA, MAYOR HAGLOCH, as well as, ALD. COOPER, ALD. HOLMES, DPW BLASER, and CITY CLERK DALE.

ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, motion was made by ALDERMAN CHAUSSE and seconded by ALDERMAN SARABASA that the meeting be adjourned. Unanimous voice vote followed in agreement. Meeting was adjourned at 5:58 P.M.
