City of Geneseo Council met March 29.

City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up to 3 minutes during Public Comment, there can be no debate or action by the City Council at this time.
3. ADMINISTRATION
3.1. Appointment of James Roodhouse as 2nd Ward Alderman
Motion to approve the appointment of James Roodhouse to the position of Ward 2 Alderman, due to the vacancy created from Robert Wachtel resigning, with a term continuing until said position is filled via the June 28, 2022 Municipal Elections.
3.2. Approval of the Stone Field Intergovernmental Lease with the Geneseo School District
Motion to approve the Intergovernmental Lease Agreement for Stone Field between the City of Geneseo and Geneseo Community Unit School District 228
3.3. Well #26 Failure - Emergency Need
Motion to approve R-22-11, a resolution waiving the competitive bidding process and authorizing the use of competitive proposals to procure the necessary work to replace inoperable city ground well #26.
