City of Moline Board of Fire and Police Commissioners met Aug. 30.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Firefighter/Paramedic Probationary Appointment (Steve Regenwether, Fire Chief)

Explanation: Quinn Sunderbruch, number two candidate on the current Firefighter/Paramedic Eligibility Register, has successfully completed the background investigation process. The remaining pre-employment requirements are pending as of the posting of this agenda. All pre employment requirements will be completed by the date of the special meeting.

Staff Recommendation: Staff will provide recommendation to the Board at the meeting pending the results of pre-employment requirements.

2. Firefighter/Paramedic Probationary Appointment (Steve Regenwether, Fire Chief)

Explanation: Edward Holtkamp, number three candidate on the current Firefighter/Paramedic Eligibility Register, has successfully completed the background investigation process. The remaining pre-employment requirements are pending as of the posting of this agenda. All pre employment requirements will be completed by the date of the special meeting.

Any person with disabilities who wishes to attend the meeting who requires a special accommodation, or any other person requiring a special accommodation in attending the meeting, should notify Summer O’Leary, Moline Police Department, 524-2230, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time.

4. Firefighter/Paramedic Probationary Appointment (Steve Regenwether, Fire Chief)

Explanation: Anthony Mirr, number thirteen candidate on the current Firefighter/Paramedic Eligibility Register, has successfully completed the background investigation process. The remaining pre-employment requirements are pending as of the posting of this agenda. All pre employment requirements will be completed by the date of the special meeting.

5. Firefighter/Paramedic Probationary Appointment (Steve Regenwether, Fire Chief)

Explanation: Chad Reader, number fourteen candidate on the current Firefighter/Paramedic Eligibility Register, has successfully completed the background investigation process. The remaining pre-employment requirements are pending as of the posting of this agenda. All pre employment requirements will be completed by the date of the special meeting.

Staff Recommendation: Staff will provide recommendation to the Board at the meeting pending the results of pre-employment requirements.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Pursuant to Section 2.06, 5ILCS 120/2 (c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act: The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body.
