12.1. Farmers National Bank Land Annexation & Re-Zoning - Progress North Subdivision

Motion to approve O-23-01, authorizing an annexation agreement for the "Progress North Subdivision" between Farmers National Bank and the City of Geneseo.

Motion to approve O-23-02, approving the 1 acre tract of land, "Progress North Subdivision," owned by Farmers National Bank to be annexed into the City of Geneseo.

Motion to approve O-23-03, approving the rezoning of Farmer National Bank's 1 acre tract of land, "Progress North Subdivision" from R-1 to B-1.

12.2. Resolution R-23-04 Third Amendment to the agreement with the Humane Society.

Motion to recommend Resolution R-23-04, Third Amendment to the Humane Society Agreement.

12.3. Facade Grant - Cellar Windows, Walls, & Sign

Motion to approve the Facade Grant submitted for The Cellar, for up to $10,000 in eligible reimbursements.

12.4. PD Furniture Purchase

Motion to approve the expenditure of $7,664.00 of donated public funds for the purchase of new PD furniture.

12.5. NE Drainage - Phase #2 Options

Motion to approve the low bid by Brandt Construction for $493,049.63 for the NE Drainage Phase #2 Project.

12.6. Resolution R-23-02 2023 - MFT Estimated Costs.

Motion to approve R-23-02 MFT Expenses.

12.7. Resolution R-23-03, Support of Tax Increment Financing in Geneseo Motion to approve R-23-03, a resolution supporting Tax Increment Financing in the City of Geneseo.
