Motion to approve R-23-24 MFT Expenses and up to $175,000 in HMA Overlay Expenses once the final bids come in from Henry County.
13.3. O-23-21: Paid Leave For All Workers Act
Motion to approve O-23-21, along with Exhibit A, a change to the Employee Handbook.

14.1. Approval of City bills
Motion to approve the City Bills as presented and to approve the payment of the month's second set of City Bills, due to the cancellation of the December COW Meeting.
