Motion to approve using the omnibus method and to approve items

13.1. FFA Annual Presentation & Farm Lease Agreement Renewal with the Geneseo Chapter

Motion to approve the farm ground lease with the Geneseo Chapter of the FFA for year 2024, automatically renewing for year 2025, unless terminated by either party.

13.2. R-23-24 2024 MFT Estimated Costs.

Motion to approve R-23-24 MFT Expenses and up to $175,000 in HMA Overlay Expenses once the final bids come in from Henry County.

13.3. O-23-21: Paid Leave For All Workers Act

Motion to approve O-23-21, along with Exhibit A, a change to the Employee Handbook.

14. PAYMENT OF CITY AND UTILITY BILLS

14.1. Approval of City bills

Motion to approve the City Bills as presented and to approve the payment of the month's second set of City Bills, due to the cancellation of the December COW Meeting.

15. PUBLIC COMMENT - ALL OTHER ITEMS

City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up to 3 minutes during Public Comment, there can be no debate or action by the City Council at this time.

16. MOVE INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION

5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11) Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.

16.1. Move into Executive Session

Motion to move into executive session per 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11).
