There was a single gas station in cities across Rock Island County selling diesel at the lowest price of $3.89 per gallon in the week ending Mar. 16, according to GasBuddy.com.

The average cost of diesel in cities within Rock Island County was $4.04 per gallon.

Of the 31 gas stations in cities within Rock Island County, four offer diesel.

The average price of diesel in Illinois was $4.04, compared to $4.07 the week before.
