As of June 5, there have been 118 Rock Island County residents in their thirties who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

There have been 1,090 residents in their thirties in the county who had been tested, meaning that 10 percent of those tested have the coronavirus. Through June 5, there have been 703 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 25 deaths from the coronavirus in Rock Island County.

Illinois gathers all of its COVID-19 data from across the state electronically. The reported cases and deaths will fluctuate as additional info is gathered. Chicago was home to one of the first known cases of COVID-19 in the US, as well as it’s transmission.
