The home at 1808 Acorn Circle, Port Byron was sold on Aug. 24 by Jane and Regginal L Stearns for $360,000. The buyers were Angela R. and Steven R Mudd.
So far in August 2021, six properties sold in Port Byron.
According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Regginal L. Stearns (73) has been registered to vote since 1983 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.
There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
