Three Rock Island County residents in their forties tested positive for COVID-19 on August 9, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
In total, there have been 292 positive cases reported in Rock Island County among residents in their forties, accounting for 16.7 percent of all cases in the county. Through August 9, Rock Island County has reported a total of 1,745 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 36 of which have ended with the victim’s death.
