On Saturday, March 8, former Alleman Catholic High School standout Payton Barton’s current college team, the UIC Flames, lost 13-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Louisville Cardinals.

The game took place at Jim Patterson Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Flames’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at Jim Patterson Stadium against Louisville Cardinals.
