E. Approval of a Special Event / Parking Lot Closure – Night in a Car event held by Mercer County Better Together on February 7 – February 8, 2025.

F. Approval of City Sponsorship – Mercer County Athletic Boosters, for Bear Country Wrestling Tournament in the amount of $1,500.00.
