CONSENT AGENDA:

1. Approve payment of bills/Claims by vendor report for the period of September 10-23, 2024

2. Approve payroll for the period September 11-25, 2024.

3. Approve Closed Session minutes from August 26, 2024 City Council Meeting

4. Approve minutes from September 9,2024 City Council Meeting

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Approve the IMEG proposal for conducting a bridge analysis study to compare 3 drainage structure options (cost and average life expectancy) for the bridge located on E 450th St in Colona, IL.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Approve raising RV storage monthly fee from $30/month to $50/month during the off season for seasonal campers. Approve raising RV storage monthly fee from $50/month to $60/month for non-seasonal campers.

2. Approve 4-year contract with Catalis, upgrading The City website. Year 1 software subscription fee of $5,000and one-time implementation fee of $1,000 is included in the current budget FY 2024-25. No budget amendment necessary.

3. Approve Geneseo Communications 3-year contracts for internet service for the following locations; City Hall, Police Department, Colona Scott Family Park, and Waste Water Treatment Plant. (3) Agreements

4. Waive Bidding Requirement for the Stonebridge detention pond clearing and cleaning not to exceed $24,000.00 on time and material basis. Get RFQ from qualified Contractors. Ponds over grown with trees haven’t been maintained properly. Payment to come out of TIF funds/Improvements.

5. Approve Water/Sewer Account Billing Adjustment Form for 618 5th St. Elbert Dodson.
