Financial Report – presented by Mark, motion to approve the financials made by Patricia, with a second from John.
Façade/ Fencing Grant Applications – None presented

Directors Report – None presented
Flower Report – None presented
Main Street Report – Patricia mentioned that EMMS would be asking for some monetary support in the future. EMMS Annual Meeting is Monday, and the 2026 Planning is in full swing.
RAISE Grant – None presented
Runners’ Park – None presented
SSA Future Goals, Budget, etc. – waiting for future discussions and timing. – Tabled until we have the full board present.
