Motion to recommend approval of extending the current parking lot lease between the Commonwealth Edison Company and the City of Geneseo, for parcel 08-21-138-044, for an additional 20-year term, to the City Council Meeting and to place on the consent agenda.

9.2. R-25-07: Forgiveness of Interfund Loans

Motion to recommend approval of R-25-07 to the City Council Meeting and to place on the consent agenda.

9.3. Consideration of a Fund Balance Policy

Motion to recommend approval of the Fund Balance Policy to the City Council Meeting and to place on the consent agenda.

10. PAYMENT OF CITY AND UTILITY BILLS

Motion to pay the bills as presented.
