The Plan Commission of the City of Geneseo was called to order at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members present:

PLAN COMMISSION PRESENT: Plan Commission Joe Bedford, Plan Commission Rhonda Ludwig, and Plan Commission Member Jake Vorac

PLAN COMMISSION ABSENT: Plan commission Paula Buysse

STAFF PRESENT: City Admin JoAnn Hollenkamp

City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up to 3 minutes during Public Comment, there can be no debate or action by the City Council at this time.

4.1. Approval of previous Plan Committee Minutes

Jake Vorac moved, seconded by Joe Bedford, Approval of the previous Plan Committee Minutes as presented.

5 Public Hearing

5.1. Open the Public Hearing

Joe Bedford moved, seconded by Jake Vorac, Motion to open public hearing for Public input on the recommendation to City Council for a new building to be constructed on parcel id #08-28-300-005 commonly known as 4160 S. Oakwood Avenue, Geneseo.

5.2. Discussion of new building located in the Hwy corridor parcel id #08-28-300- 005 commonly known as 4160 S. Oakwood Avenue, Geneseo.

Discussion ensued about the building entrance, number of vehicles parked, and noise. All questions were met with satisfactory answers.

Rhonda Ludwig moved, seconded by Joe Bedford, Motion to recommend to City Council to approve the building to be constructed at 4160 S. Oakwood Avenue, Geneseo.
