Meeting Called to Order

Commissioner Flowers called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

Roll Call of Members

Roll call performed; Commissioner Flowers and Commissioner Nelson present. Commissioner Dahlstrom was absent.

Approval of Minutes

Public Comment

None.

Executive Session

Commissioner Nelson moved to adjourn into executive session for the purpose of employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body pursuant to 5ILCS (120/2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act, seconded by Commissioner Flowers; carried on roll call with the following vote: ayes: Commissioner Flowers and Commissioner Nelson; nays: none.

The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened in Executive Session at 8:01 a.m.

The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened in Open Session at 1:47 p.m.

Action from Executive Session

None.

Adjournment

Commissioner Nelson moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Flowers; the motion unanimously carried; the meeting adjourned at 1:47 p.m.
