1) Floreciente Neighborhood Mural potential at proposed Veterans Memorial

â–ª Design Concept has been shared with City Staff and PAC

â–ª Update by Staff, K.J. Whitley, and Commissioner Salaverria

2) Leading Light at The Q Parkway – Northeast Corner of 12th Street and 4th Avenue

â–ª MetroLINK interest to support with matching funds; Update by Commissioner VanHecke, Chair Dismer and Kevin Maynard.

â–ª Review and discussion of New Draft RFQ for combined versus separate for Sculpture Installation and Public Mural. See attached.

3) Greeting From Moline Mural – Project Potential

â–ª Building owner Ryan Wade on board with a mural project on his building

â–ª Determine scope of mural, which face or faces of building to recommend to owner. PAC please drive/walk by building, and be prepared to determine recommendation to owner.

4) Bass Street Toilet Building mural or other art on blank walls of new facility

â–ª Partnering with Moline Parks & Recreation Department for an interactive mural on the new Toilet Building

â–ª Building under construction

â–ª Prepare to issue RFP with Quad City Arts

5) Public Sculpture Program with Quad City Arts

â–ª Contracts with 6 selected artists being signed

â–ª Recommended locations being reviewed by Public Works and Moline Police Department. Update from Staff.

6) Heritage Natural Foods mural potential

â–ª Danielle Pennington has an interest. Any further update by Commissioner Salaverria

â–ª Propose to remove existing billboard. Update from Staff

7) Bloomberg Asphalt Art Initiative 2024 (Commissioner Hartley)

â–ª Project on hold, Pending a call for submittals.

8) Moline Centre Alleyways

â–ª Alley behind former Watermark Corners and River House

â–ª Project on hold

Moline Riverfront Master Plan with consultants MKSK, update from City staff
