1. Call to Order

Chairman Hildreth called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.

2. Roll Call

Present: Commissioner Hildreth, Commissioner Hass, Commissioner Trice and Police Chief Jeffrey VenHuizen.

3. Public Comment

None.

4. Old Business

None.

5. Executive Session

Chairman Hildreth requested a motion to go into executive session citing the exception 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1) the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body (or legal counsel for the public body).

Motion:

Commissioner Hass moved to go into executive session; Commissioner Trice seconded.

6. Adjourn

Chairman Hildreth requested a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Commissioner Hass moved to adjourn; Commissioner Trice seconded.

The meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
