On Thursday, April 10, former Moline High School standout George Hoss Jr.’s current college team, the Marian Sabres, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Ripon Red Hawks.
The game took place at Herr-Baker Field. This was their first matchup against the Red Hawks this season.
The Sabres’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 12 p.m. at Herr-Baker Field against Concordia Chicago Cougars.
