On Friday, April 11, former Alleman Catholic High School standout Payton Barton’s current college team, the UIC Flames, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Murray State Racers.

The game took place at Johnny Reagan Field. This was their first matchup against the Racers this season.

The Flames’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Johnny Reagan Field against Murray State Racers.
