On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Alleman Catholic High School standout Payton Barton’s current college team, the UIC Flames, lost 15-14 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Charleston Southern Buccaneers.
The game took place at Nielsen Field @ CSU Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Buccaneers this season.
The Flames’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. at Nielsen Field @ CSU Ballpark against Charleston Southern Buccaneers.
