On Friday, April 18, former Rock Island High School standouts Owen Michaels and Zach DeMarlie’s current college team, the Augustana College Vikings, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Carroll Pioneers.
The game took place at Brunner Field at Swanson Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Pioneers this season.
The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 1 p.m. at Frame Park against Carroll Pioneers.
