On Saturday, March 15, former Rock Island High School standouts Owen Michaels and Zach DeMarlie’s current college team, the Augustana College Vikings, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Buena Vista Beavers.
The game took place at Brunner Field at Swanson Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Beavers this season.
The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 6 p.m. at Brunner Field at Swanson Stadium against Dubuque Spartans.
