On Sunday, March 30, former Rock Island High School standouts Owen Michaels and Zach DeMarlie’s current college team, the Augustana College Vikings, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the North Central Cardinals.
The game took place at Zimmerman Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Cardinals this season.
The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 3 at 6 p.m. at Holmgren Athletic Complex against North Park Vikings.
