On Saturday, March 22, former Rock Island High School standout Bailey Proffitt’s current college team, the Elmhurst Bluejays, won 7-3 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Beloit Buccaneers.

The game took place at Strong Complex Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Bluejays’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 1 p.m. at Spartan Athletic Park against Aurora Spartans.
