On Sunday, March 2, former Rock Island High School standouts Owen Michaels and Zach DeMarlie’s current college team, the Augustana College Vikings, won 11-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Northland Lumberjacks.
The game took place at Rantoul Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Lumberjacks this season.
The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 2:30 p.m. at Rantoul Sports Complex against Loras Duhawks.
