On Saturday, March 8, former Moline High School standout George Hoss Jr.’s current college team, the Marian Sabres, lost 8-0 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Bethel Royals.

The game took place at Northeast Regional Park. This was their first matchup against the Royals this season.

The Sabres’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 12 p.m. at Capital Credit Union Park against Lawrence Vikings.
