6. Update Rock Island by Mayor Pauley.RC* 7. Mayor Pauley will close the regular meeting and open a Public Hearing on a request from Shawn Cirlos, owner of Spartan Pub, LLC, doing business as The Black Sheep for a waiver of the signature requirement to secure a liquor license at 1728 2nd Avenue. Mayor Pauley will close the Public Hearing, reconvene the regular meeting and entertain a motion. (Motion whether or not to recommend to the Mayor/Liquor Commissioner to waive the signature requirement as requested and approve the liquor license.) 8. Mayor Pauley will close the regular meeting and open a Public Hearing regarding the Calendar Year 2017 Budget. Mayor Pauley will close the Public Hearing and reconvene the regular meeting. RC*9.
