•Discussion of Authorization for the PBC to raze the Courthouse
•Discussion of Request to Rock Island County State’s Attorney to request an Attorney General Opinion regarding Public Building Commission’s limited scope and assertion of standing to demolish courthouse.
•Discussion of Hope Creek frequency of reporting from advisory board and from Hope Creek Director
•Discussion of report from Illinois Department of Health Hope Creek Care Center
