On Friday, March 7, former Alleman Catholic High School standout Zach Carpita’s current college team, the North Central Cardinals, lost 11-9 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Muskingum Fighting Muskies.

The game took place at Don and Sue Schaly Field at Pioneer Park. This was their first matchup against the Fighting Muskies this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at Don and Sue Schaly Field at Pioneer Park against Hanover Panthers.
