On Saturday, April 5, former Alleman Catholic High School standout Zach Carpita’s current college team, the North Central Cardinals, won 12-3 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Wheaton Thunder.

The game took place at Lee Pfund Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Thunder this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 1 p.m. at Ed Glancy Field against Illinois Tech Scarlet Hawks.
