Moline Public Library reference librarian Bob Conklin will lead a free introduction to the library edition of the popular genealogy program Ancestry.com at 2 p.m. March 22 in the Bronze Meeting Room.
The program contains a searchable database of billions of records, including birth certificates, marriage licenses, death records, military records, newspaper articles and immigration records.
Space in the class is limited, and registration is required. Prospective participants can sign up for the class in person at the reference desk on the second floor of the library or by calling 309-524-2470.
