The campaign committee Americas Revolution of Reason owes a $4,450 fine imposed on Jan. 6, 2014, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $2,632 with David L. Swanson listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show three area campaign committees owe a combined total of $8,428.93 in pending fines.
