East Moline's annual AMVETS Fourth of July Parade will reverse course this year, just like it did in 2015, according to a city press release.
The parade, presented by the city and the Association of the United States Army, is celebrating its 59th year.
The annual parade will begin at 1 p.m. on 13th Street, traveling down 15th Avenue to Third Street. Street closings for the parade include 12th Avenue, 13th Street south to 18th Avenue, and the entirety of 15th Avenue and all of its cross streets from Third Street to 13th Street.
