STEFFEN: It's almost like Madigan pulls the lever on a slot machine and the money comes tumbling down

No wonder Illinois State Rep. Michael Halpin (D-72) from the Quad Cities voted to give 67 percent of the state education budget to Chicago!  It's payback time.  Look at the donations he has received from Chicago:

Illinois Laborers Legislative Committee...$44,400.00...on 12/14/2017

1528 Partners LP...$1,270.00...on 12/7/2017

Clifford Law Offices PC...$10,000.00...on 12/7/2017

Cooney and Conway Law Offices...$10,000.00...on 12/7/2017

Corboy and Demetrio PC...$10,000.00...12/7/2017

Eychaner, Fred...$5,600.00...12/7/2017

Salvi Schostok and Pritchard...$10,000.00...12/7/2017

Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters PAC...$53,400...12/7/2017

Two things I find quite interesting.  First, that most organizations gave on the same date.  Coincidence?  No.  It's Michael Madigan pulling their strings.  The puppet master tells them what to do and when.  It's almost like Madigan pulls the lever on a slot machine and the money comes tumbling down.  Amazing!

Secondly, look at all of the union dollars flowing into the Halpin war chest, and he's never been a member of a union.

Is that the way you want to continue to have Illinois run?  32% Mike Halpin is a puppet of Madigan's.  Halpin needs to lose his re-election bid so Madigan can forfeit his gavel.  Follow Lisa's example and retire, Mr. Speaker.  Stay home and enjoy your grandchildren.
