Aperion Care Moline, a 120-bed skilled and intermediate care facility in East Moline, was cited by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) for violations of the Nursing Home Care Act in the fourth quarter of 2017.
The report lists the nursing homes in the state with AA or A violations, which might have caused the death of a resident or could cause death or serious injury to a resident, respectively.
Aperion Care Moline was cited with an AA violation in November and fined $50,000. It was also cited with an A violation in December and fined $25,000.
