BLACK HAWK COLLEGE: Got kids who need something to do this summer?

Black Hawk College recently issued the following announcement.

Got kids who need something to do this summer? Black Hawk College offers a variety of youth camps and youth classes.

Does your daughter play softball? Girls ages 7-13 can learn the fundamentals of softball from award-winning Black Hawk College softball coach Carrie Calderon and her players June 11-14 at the annual Braves Softball Camp.

Kids entering 3rd-5th grades can go to Youth Camp the week of June 18-21. They’ll attend three sessions per day, choosing from Intro to Robotics, Dance, American Sign Language, Recycled Art, Explore Engineering, Drawing Animals and Faces, DIY Fashion, No Bake No Problem, Spanish and Coding for Kids.

Youth classes include pottery-making, computer game programming, robotics, home alone safety and babysitter training.

Summer Swim School classes for ages 4-15 are available during the day and evening.
