City of Colona Finance/Admin Committee met May 21.
Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:
Kathleen updated committee on her research for a new software for the City…She has two companies conducting a presentation on Wednesday, May 23 at 9am, She will update the committee as what she learned about the companies during the presentations at the committee’s June meeting. Kathleen is still gathering information from other cities as too a new Delinquent Accounts procedure. The Call one Contract is due for renewal. There will be no increase on this renewal.
The committee agreed to forward the renewal to full council for approval. Kathleen has received an Account Summary for 2017 employee 457 account. She will be forwarding the report to City Attorney for his review. The committee discussed changing the time of the Finance/Admin Committee, The committee was in agreed to change the start time from 9am to 10am. The day will stay the same. 3rd Monday of each month. No further business was discussed. Swemline made a motion to adjourn and Alderman Holman, seconded…Meeting was adjourned at 9:17am.
